VINCENT DANCE THEATRE is looking for an experienced FEMALE DANCER, aged 35 or over and an experienced MALE DANCER, aged 21-30 to take part in a re-tour of their highly acclaimed repertory production Broken Chords.
Broken Chords, involving 8 performers and musicians and 120 wooden chairs, has toured extensively in the UK, was a highlight of both British Dance Edition 2006 and Tanzmesse Dusseldorf in 2008, and will tour the USA and CANADA in May 2010, with rehearsals in March / April 2010 in the UK.
You need to have EXCEPTIONAL solo and partner work skills, be able to work with emotional integrity and physical intelligence, be comfortable using a microphone, enjoy being part of an ensemble and able to find humour in dance. 3 years professional experience required.
